Signature HealthCARE of East Louisville stakeholders planted a tree in honor of Earth Day. The Japanese Maple will adorn the entrance to the facility’s Rehabilitation Unit. Members of the SHC East Louisville Fun committee directed the tree planting project aimed at making a lasting positive impact on the campus environment.
